My husband bought a pair of Big E vintage Levi’s from here a few years back and grew out of them. He passed them down to me because I’d grown into them! The lovely guy’s in the shop took them up perfectly for me. Thanks so much xx Maria

Bought jeans here about 9 months ago and I’m so glad I did. The staff was super helpful and guided me towards denim that was comfortable, heavy and perfect for the fall and winter weather. I now wear them almost daily in the cold and they are comfortable enough to sleep in.

I decided to get some jeans repaired for the first time in my life. It was a bit of an experiment and I was fully prepared to receive back a pair of jeans with unnatractive touch ups that would make me reluctant to wear them. There was no need to fear though, the repairs are barely visible and feel really robust. Fantastic service and friendly staff too :-)

Visited to buy new jeans and was really grateful for the help and advice. The staff were knowledgeable, balanced in advice and very patient - I spent about 45mins in the store and tried on at 10-15 pairs of jeans to find the right fit and preferred style / colour. They also did a great job of being helpful rather than smothering/pushy in sales. Ended up with a fantastic pair of Oni 679s. Really thankful for the team being so helpful and will definitely be back.

Poor service- return policy is 14 days- much much shorter than other companies and were completely unaccommodating. Gave me a snarky and unhelpful email before they stopped replying to emails until I had to go via PayPal to refund my money. Avoid at all costs.
